Dolby provides a 30-day trial for all products purchased by consumers on Dolby.com.  If you purchased a product on Dolby.com and are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason, simply contact Support (productsupport@dolby.com) within 30 days of the original purchase date for instructions on how to return the product.  Products must be returned in their original packaging with all parts included. Once Dolby receives the product, Dolby will issue a full refund for the original price paid for the product, excluding express shipping.  If you purchased your Dolby product elsewhere, please refer to that reseller’s return policy.
